Elle Salon South in Hamburg, NY

Crazy to think that I have been an "Elle girl" since March 2015! I always joke that my relationship with my hair stylist Faith has been my longest and healthiest relationship. I can't say enough good things about this salon! For starters, the salon in general is always extremely clean, staff is very friendly (always greeted hello when you walk in), and the overall vibe is always very positive. I genuinely always look forward to my hair appointments because it is always such a fun, relaxing, experience. Every single stylist in the salon is extremely talented and knowledgeable. But I can't take Elle Salon without talking about my girl Faith. Not only is she the most kind-hearted, genuine human being I've ever met but she is so incredibly talented and true expert. She is always so invested in education and training and brings me the ideas for the latest cuts and trends. I personally always love to mix it up and have had every color there is (red, blonde, blue, pink, purple, you name it!) and Faith continuously takes anything I throw at her and nails it. I highly recommend Elle Salon South if you're looking to make a change!

I went in to the salon as I was trying to grow my hair out to go natural and away from colouring. Instead of trying to talk me into colour, they embraced me and have truly changed everything for me. Going grey naturally was scary; my hair was frizzy and I had no idea what it would be like.Theresa is a gifted superstar and knew how to cut my curly hair. I am now dye free and product free and loving life! To top it off, the day after my pretty serious and first short cut, she texted me to find out if I was happy with it. Exemplary service and knowledge!

Had my first visit here recently and LOVED it. So easy to schedule, felt safe with how they were handling COVID protocols, and best of all, my hair looks and feels great. Adriana did an awesome job cutting my hair and was thoughtful enough to call me when a product I inquired about came back in stock. Definitely will return.

Came here on friday morning 11:30am 9/20 for hair wash and style for a fancy do. I got a simple wavy curls. I had an amazing girl who wa sooo friendly and sweet. Once I told her what I was looking for (attending an Alddain party) so I wanted loose wavy curls; she was on it. She was very knowledge and convinced me for tight tight curls (so by evening it'll loosen up and be curly rather than have loose curls during the day and it'll be undone at night). Was done by 12:20pm. Very nice place and would come again if I'm in the area and need hair services.

Elle south is AMAZING!!! All the girls there are wonderful ! I have been seeing Faith for a few years now , and see her every 6 weeks RELIGIOUSLY!!!. I have never been happier with my Hair! The salon is kept very clean, everyone is super friendly , it's very welcoming and full of talent! I love watching the transformations happening in the other chairs around me when I am there. They carry Aveda products and have a lot of knowledge about products and color. Just amazing all around
