Not very friendly. They take walk-ins but don't. Don't waste your time stopping in. They don't want new business. Didn't even ask what I wanted done.

I went here for the first time and the facility is lovely. Very clean and great selection of colors and services. The staff was very friendly. I called to ask if they only take cash, she said no and I did use my card but I can tell they definitely prefer cash. So I will definitely do that the next time I'm there.

I don't normally do manicure. In rare occasions I did I get annoyed because I always managed to damage my nail before even left the store! Every single time. The nail places (plurals because I went to different places each time) always had to fix my nail polish. It's my fault really I just clumsy. Anyway I promised my daughter we will do something together for her birthday and this time opt to do nails instead of restaurant. She told she wants dip nails. I'm very skeptical. And I was like I don't want to spend a lot of money and to get damaged before I even leave the store though I knew they will fixed it but then I'll damage it again somehow after I left lol. But how I was wrong! This is the first time EVER I managed NOT to ruin it! The nail dried fast. I don't have to wait long and it set nicely. They have a lot of pretty colors. I opt for pink and purple glitter. While my daughter opt for kind of teal glitter. My daughter has the owner doing her nails. She's a speedy Gonzales! Very fast but yet the results still awesome! My nail tech slower but she really take a good care of my nails. She did a very good job. I'm very impressed. I definitely recommend this place. The tech very nice and friendly. The place is neat and clean very organized. I definitely will go again when I feel like pampered myself and dip nails definitely way to go for clumsy me. Now she said it will last 3 weeks but this me we're talking about! I'd be happy if it's last a week lol. Maybe next time I'd do pedicures. Hmmm...

Excellent experience exceeded expectations! Li came in for my walk-in appointment with an awesome attitude and friendly conversation. All of the workers seemed to be happy & enjoying banter among them as well as with customers. Tools come in a sealed bag so you can be sure they are 'fresh' & clean. My trim for my pedicure was excellent. One of the best I've had. Great attention to detail and comfort. She asked if I was interested in the 'spa treatment. For an additional $8, I got an incredible foot & lower leg massage with lotion and a paragon treatment. I've not had this before and it was a real treat. Overall experience was greatt at a great $35 price. I'm an out of town er but will return when I'm in town.

Walk ins definitely not welcome here. Three of us walked in to get a pedicure and when we asked if they would be able to take us they said no and we were pushed out the door in an unfriendly and rude manor. I will definitely never come back here to get my nails done.
