I went to this salon to get my hair bleached and dyed. The stylist immediately began to put bleach in my hair and i was excited because i had this idea in my head that i'd get the style that i want and all this other stuff. She proceeded to leave bleach in my hair for 2 hours and at some point it was burning so bad that i had to get up and look for the stylist and she was in the back on her phone. I told her it was burning really bad (not like a chemical burn but like fire), and when she let my hair down from the cap my hair was literally smoking, like smoke rose from my head. After seeing this she then proceeded to put MORE BLEACH and assured i needed more time although my head was already really blonde. Then she disappeared for about 40 minutes and i had to get another stylist to rinse out my hair because i was so fearful that my hair would fall out. Well my fears were valid because after the dyeing process she charged me more because my hair was "long" (its shoulder length) and although it was a simple 1 color dye she charged $200. My hair as i finished and brushed my fingers through my hair, was falling out in clumps. My hair texture is damaged and she rushed the bleaching process instead of reapplying and adding heat to my hair. I am mortified and will not return again. That was definitely not worth the price.

I dont normally go here but they where very nice they were not rude at all they were very gentle but when it came to put acrylic on my nails they used a very small and then layer over my nails and within 4 days 3 of my nails popped off.

Request for Julie or Ky to do your nails, they're the best nail techs there. If you want your haircut or color or eyebrows waxed, call in for Sarah. I used to get my nails done by other nail techs and i'd have problems w them filing my skin or lumpy acrylics. No one else touches my hair except Sarah. I had it done by two different hair stylists there and my hair came out green because the other stylist didnt know how to tone asian hair and got it dyed black by another stylist there a few years back and she left a big blonde streak in my hair.

Hey ! I came in today , i asked for a pedi and acrylic nails , during the end of the process the manager julie was filing the acrylic and actually filed my finger !! I told her about it and all she said was " oh i didnt know " then sprayed my finger with the liquid and proceeded to continue doing my nails . If she would have said omg im so sorry or here is compensation for my mistake i would have been fine . The shape of my nails are all different ! I tried being polite and asking for her to re do them and she just said the acrylic will fix the issue when it definitely did not !!

This place is amazing! The only place I'll go to now for eyebrow waxing and my nails ! Love love love their powder dipped ombré nails !! Can't wait to see their other colors and different fancy nail art !
