I got a full set french tips and pedicure. My set was rushed, sloppy...my nails were bumpy not smooth at all. The french was done sloppy and my nail chipped by day 2. I don't recommend. My pedicure was decent. The lady who did my nails was sweet but my nails were terrible.

Not too shabby but the nail techs were either in a rush or need to practice the art of naturalization in the finishing look. I love the natural finished look but if you at into the rushed thick acrylic look then yea check them out ... or don't

Back when Shawn used to work there it was great, after he left it went downhill. I went there August 17 around 3 o'clock for a full set. The nails were overpriced and they looked a mess. The nail tec couldn't even do what I asked for. I asked for a French tip for my toes, they didn't even do it right, not only that they took over three hours. For my nails I ask for coffee shape, the nail tech told me it's extra for doing coffin shape but It was same price for regular square or round. In my opinion they should not be charging extra just to do coffin shape. They make you pay in advance before they even start your service I think that's a scam and a rip off. He did not shaped the nails right or cut them the same length. The nails are very square and boxy and the polish was applied terrible. Me and my mother came here for my birthday and we were very disappointed. I won't recommend this nail salon to anyone nor will I'll probably be going back this is not the first bad experience I have had with them either. They are over priced unprofessional and don't do a good job.

This is my second time coming here. The first time I loved the service for pedicure, manicure and clean up for my eyebrows. Everything lasted over a month & I truly was satisfied. Plus the lady was sweet & wasn't trying to force me to get a more expensive service. This time they were a little rude and stopped my pedicure in the middle to switch technicians because a woman came in wanting an more expensive service. Smh that's ok if they would have said we are switching give us one moment. But they didn't. Not too much you can expect when they treat everyone like they are less than. This should be more than just getting the services done.... i would pay more for spa treatment.

Do not spend your money in this establishment. The gel nail polish change and manicure I was charged for appeared as though an untrained novice completed the job. Multiple nail technicians attempting to correct the poorly done job, but there was no fixing it. Fixing the issue would require them removing all of the polishing and starting over again. They refused to do so. Do not waste your money.
