The first time I went I thought I'd finally found someone really good at doing my nails. When I made an appointment for my second visit the owner said we could do the mani/pedi at the same time. I was delighted... time saver! I showed up for my second visit on time. No one was ready for me. Had a guy do my pedicure. The owner was nowhere in sight. Had the pedicure done. Then found out the owner was "on her way". The owner was almost 1 1/2 hours late for the appointment (excuse being traffic). And then ... the nail job was horrible! Had her re-do several nails and this is what, after being there for 3 hours my nails looked like (see pic)! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I hesitated to go here, because most of the reviews were bad, but I really wanted a pedicure and the salon across the street with better reviews was over an hour late opening up. I'm so glad I decided to chance it. It was one of the best pedicures I've ever had, and I've had at least 100. The technician, Lee (or maybe Li?) really took her time on my rough feet, especially on my one damaged thick toenail that most nail techs breeze past. The leg and foot massage was also great. I feel so relaxed leaving, and my feet have never looked or felt better. Will definitely be going back.
My nail tech was Kevin (ho) WORST ARTIST EVER. I got a basic French tip set and they were short and he overcharged me $100 for it . The service was terrible he kept messing up and had an attitude with me like it was my fault. I was quiet the whole service. Never again
Terrible. Overpriced. Sloppiest mani/pedi I ever got. Techs don't know how to polish and all their materials are cheap. I came to feel good and left feeling worse than when I came in. Never again will I come to this dump and throw away money. I can guarantee the tech that did my nails is not even licensed or trained.
Never have I ever received more horrible or rude service. I have been a customer at Elite nails for years but I can assure you this will be my last visit. I asked for SNS POWDER and the nail tech suggested a different POWDER in which I agreed. He did a full set as you typically would. He started painting my nails. He asked how I liked them and I replied, I don't. You can tell where you polished them. Please remove the polish and do SNS as I requested when I walked in. He got the manager and she explained that they couldn't do that but that I could have it done next time. She was extremely rude and made a scene in front of the whole Salon. She also said, "if you like Kevin to do your nails just stick with him next time". When asked why, she said the nail tech would have to soak off what he just did. I replied with, ok I can do that. She wouldn't allow the tech to do so. When going up front she charged me $60 for nails when I normally pay $50 AND they did a crappy job on them! I will NEVER come to Elite nails again. You've lost a faithful and forever customer!!
