Ruby Nails in LaGrange, GA

place was good to go. first visit for pedicure went well. young guy did mine. he was very good and did an awesome job. two days later go back for my nails. older gentleman. wasn't nice. did ok on nails. a couple of file burns but, o.k. (hence the lose of a star) other wise. worked pretty fast and was outta there in time to do other errands. thanks guy!

I was there on March 4, 2023 for a fill-in. the man that was there did this for me. this was by far the WORST experience ever. I paid 35.00 and tipped him 5.00. I was back there today 5 days later because I had 2 nails that the polish was pealing and one had chipped and another had bubbles. Today they fixed what was wrong and charged me another 25.00 and I tipped her 10. I only tipped because I know they were talking about me the entire time I was there. So as they say kill them with kindness. I've been going here for 9 years but as of today I will not return. What happened to making it right?? I will be locating another nail shop who VALUE me as a customer because this business definitely doesn't. I hope no one has to experience what I did.

The worst experience ever they are very rude to customers here I would not spend another penny in this place. Nails break off in a couple of days 2day to be exact.

The worst nail salon in the town. I had a bad experience years back at Ruby nails on Roanoke Road and decided never to go back here. Well I made the mistake of going back in there today thinking maybe their service has improved. But had the worst experience ever. The lady who did my pedicure left me sitting waiting to get my fingernails done while she took another customer. I waited about 20 mins but they kept taking new customers. When I decided to leave and pay for pedicure they charged me to remove the polish that they actually did not even remove but let me sit there with my fingers soaking in a bowl of acetone. The lady never apologized and never offered when I decided to leave but charged me for the service. They are rude and have no customer service at all.Charged me full price for an incomplete job.

Back in February, my husband and I were in LaGrange to meet some friends for supper & had a little time, so we stopped into Ruby Nails for pedicures (yep, he gets them, too). It was about an hour before closing, but they took us and seated us immediately. I got one of the best pedicures I've ever had. My pedicurist made sure to get all the calluses & when they didn't have the color gel I originally picked, was very patient while I picked another. They even took off my dipped nails while I was sitting in the pedi chair. It was nice to have it all done in one spot. We will be back again.
