Nails Factory in LaGrange, GA

I went today and it was the worst nail I ever been to they didn't know how to make a flower on a big toe nail like that's so easy to do your a nail shop you know know how to do that I had go to my normal nail shop to get exactly what I want like that's crazy I recommend you NEVER GO There for your toes !!!!!!!!!!

Both my friend and I got our nails done a day before a trip. I keep my nails done and have been for almost three years and the only time a nail has broken was when I dropped a weight on it maybe a year ago. On our trip, the clear coat came off in both of our nails two of my nails broke and her chrome completely came off. She didn't even originally want chrome but the design she showed them they said they could do but when the tech tried it, she couldn't do it. My nail tech asked me if I wanted the same shape I had, which was coffin and I said yes but I got square round nails. Also, my thumb nails didn't dry completely before my nail technician rubbed them to see if they were dry so my top coat on those two were messed up. After I paid and checked my nails I asked her to fix it and she did politely until she said I probably hit my thumb nails on the Gel light machine, which I didn't. The nail technicians were pretty nice, which is what earned them a 1 star but the quality was not worth what they charged us.

Be careful who you let do your nails in here. Not all the techs do quality work and will over charge you for complaining about their piss poor nail work

Too much to type but long story short. . . the nail job absolutely sucked and I had to tell the guy how to do the job because he seemed clueless and now less than a week since I had my nails done the paint is coming off (I've done very little with my hands to mess them up). Never again! I actually had to fix my nails because they were so uneven and rough when I got home from the salon, same with my daughters and she had a different person as acrylics done.

First time I went here I had a great experience, but the second time was awful, I've never written a review before because I normally would never complain. When I went the second time I was passed around to 2 different people because no one wanted to do my fill in. There were at least 4 people just sitting around doing nothing. The tech that did my nails pulled and threw my hands all over the place, all of my nails are uneven, have air bubbles and I was cut 5 times, the tech didn't put any alcohol or clean any of the cuts. I almost left in tears because I was treated so poorly.
