don't come to get anything done here, we spent over $500 and two hours with 5 of us getting stuff done. And they didn't even get the BIRTHDAY GIRLS NAILS ANYWHERE NEAR WHAT SHE WANTED... $20 extra dollars for chrome too??? $65 for just pink nails and no tip??? they overcharge and don't let you know when your getting them done what is extra and what is not, and then we get attitude when we try to explain our anger.. NO THANK YOU!!

I got a good SNS manicure. Tech was nice enough. I only need to go once a month. Every month the price goes up. Was $40 in Nov, $45 Dec and today $50 WTH. Reason I was told you'll laugh. I was charged $5 due to the length of my nail bed. It's large. NO it's not lol and why wasn't that an issue last month? I feel ripped off. Not going back. #scammers

I have been coming here for some time. I called up here and made an appointment with my normal technician. They told me she wasn't with anyone and to come on in. So I literally stop everything I am doing and get here within 15 mins and as soon as I walk in my technician is just starting with someone. I asked the lady at the front and she said oh well she has been sitting around she will be with you in a bit maybe 15 more minutes? What? There are a ton of other employees just sitting around, are you telling me no one else could have swapped? Then as my daughter and I sit and wait and wait we see bugs yes literally bugs crawling across the couches I told the same lady that and she got up, walked over saw the bug, and did nothing.

Visited 12/23/2Every tech was working with a client when I walked in, so it's busy. I waited about 20-25 minutes for two techs to start on me. I tipped both $10 before starting. I got the Milk & Honey Pedicure which made my feet noticeably softer. My tech was a man. He did great with the pedicure. He actually gave me a decent foot massage and really got my calluses and cuticles. I got gel polish. On a few of the nails the polish is on my skin. I asked for a basic manicure with acrylics. The young lady doing my manicure didn't soak my hands or even have me wash them before starting. She cut my nails all the way down and went straight to flying on nails. I like my nails just over the edge of my finger so I asked her to cut them very short. She didn't. I showed her a picture of an American tip manicure twice and told her I want them to look close to natural nails. When I told her the pink she was using needs to be a lighter shade she assures me the top coat would take care of that. She covered my whole nail in pink acrylic instead of leaving room for the lighter colored tip. She did my whole nail pink instead of with a tip like I showed her twice and asked for. I do love the shade, but not what I asked for. I also asked her to round them more, showing her the picture again. She didn't taper the sides going towards the tips so my nails are shaped like boxes. At some point I just stopped saying anything. You can see the cuticles that should have been cut off. My nails look a few days old because they aren't as close to the cuticle as they should be. They have a hard box shape instead of a soft feminine taper. My total was $122 excluding the $20 I tipped. The pedicure without gel was $50. The manicure was not worth it.

Worst nail application ever that I couldn't go home and tweek. I have to soak off my right hand nails and put fake ones on until I can afford to have them redone. Let me tell you early in the application I told her what I didn't want and what I wanted and immediately attend she told me that's the way she does them and she wasn't doing them any other way. A whole lot more to this story! Don't have enough room to write.
