Very accommodating and do quality work on a very busy 15-year old. Very thankful it is so close to home and great service

I really wish there was an option to leave 0 stars. Don't go here unless you want to wait over an hour while everyone who walks in after you gets their service, under the claim that "they had appointments" Fine, but the owner should learn how to communicate that walk ins will be waiting until there is no more appointments ahead of them. The owner sucks & is completely unprofessional.

After giving this salon every chance I finally needed to "move on" and here's why: Although appointments are required; every time I'd schedule my appointment, seems I'd receive "frantic" calls from female store manager while at work wanting to know if I could come in earlier or later. One time upon arrival for my appointment she asked if I could "come back tomorrow". At other times she'd ask me who I spoke with on the phone when scheduling my appt since my name had been crossed out or they were running behind schedule. Really? Even when agreeing to come in earlier or later as result of her "frantic" calls, I'd still often be waiting a half hour or more. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Too much drama. I always tipped generously but clearly it was not deserved; given the way I was treated. Owner was pleasant but manager was too "extra". Although she did a good job on my nails; it wasn't worth the aggravation. I've since found another salon where I'm happier and more relaxed; no longer experiencing these issues.

I honestly hate leaving this review bc Tracy is a really nice person but I've had sns nails done the last three times at this place and within days each time my nails have cracked or chipped ... they definitely don't even last two weeks when they should be lasting 3 weeks... I went in today to get two nails repaired and they said bc they were understaffed they couldn't fix the two nails that cracked and chipped within days of getting them done and I'd have to come tmrw but I will not be back .. I don't have the time to be in and out of a nail salon every few days bc of poor quality

Have been coming here for approximately eight years and have always been very satisfied. Tracy and Will, the owners, strive to make every customer feel welcome and make sure everyone has a pleasant experience. They will take care of you. All of the technicians are great and will work hard to be sure you get what you desire. Tammy and David also always go above and beyond to be sure you are satisfied. Thank you, Super Nails!
