Don't go here, they are awful and literally suck. My friend was supposed to get her hair done today and i had went with her and we walked in the stylist wasn't there just the nail tech , and the nail tech had told us that she will be here soon we waited about 15 minutes and she still didn't show up, so we left and left our number for her to call when she got to the salon, about 2 hours later we got a call from the hair stylist saying "sorry i over slept " "do you want to reschedule or are you good" , this place is a joke . awful business .

I'm really bummed... I wish I could slap myself out of getting my hair done. I saw the owner post that she was looking for girls to color for before and after and I was like okay I'll do it. It's just hair! Maritza sent me a picture of a very light blond that she wanted to do on me. I should have known from there that things would be bad. I don't know A LOT about hair, but I knew that my hair was NOT going to lighten that much in one sitting with extensive damage but I was willing to go through the process.

I got there and sat in the chair and she starts putting in clips. Didn't talk at all about what we were planning on doing. She wasn't the nicest of the most personable person in the world...she has a generally bad demeanor and seems really harsh. at one point she stunk highly of cigarettes which doesn't bother me too much but I can see how someone could see that as unprofessional. Then its get done and she shows me the back and I can already see that is it really really off. Its orange and patchy. The front of the hair is all brown but with two thick sections of blonde in the front of my head. I didn't have the heart to ask questions but I asked if there is some way we could tone it or something to get rid of brassiness. "Ummm my next client is here". Now I'm home with orange hair and an appointment with my original girl.

Why should she care, she has my $125 dollars? I'm considering asking for a refund, although I don't have the heart to questions people's art... my experience was really bad. I have no one else to turn to since she's the owner, so here I am. Don't go to her. Just don't. I'll include photos if I can.

EDIT: I've contacted her about how rough my hair is and included photos. She wanted me to come in the next day, and I was unable to do so and I don't think my hair could handle it. I then told her that I don't feel like I will be back because my experience was not good, and only got an "ok". I now can no longer message her, so I am assuming she has now blocked me.

I had an appointment here at 2:30 today and the place was closed. I contacted the lady who I had made the appointment with and she assured me it was at 2:30. I was early, so I figured maybe they ran out to grab something. 2:45, still no one. She responded later and told me that she was working at another job and had given the appointment to someone else. After she finally got ahold of her, 45 minutes after my appointment, the other girl thought it was at 1:30. If they couldn't keep the appointment, I wish I would have been notified because I can not get in anywhere and tomorrow is Easter. So, not only was I given away to someone else, but that person didn't even bother to check the appointment time.
