CP nails in Crown Point, IN

It was a really nice experience. I was late for my original appointment. They were nice enough to reschedule me that day. I leave the hospital and then late for the second appointment when I realize I forgot my purse at the hospital. So I had to run back to the hospital to pick up my purse And came back which made me a half an hour late. I explained how sorry I was an apologetic I could be and was very nicely told relax we got you and my nails were done perfect.

I have been coming here for 2 years now and consistently schedule an appointment every 3 weeks with Krystal and consistently tip $40 each time I come and even up to $100 at times if I have ever canceled an appointment. It is very rare I am ever late and if I am I call even though Krystal is usually still working on the client before me. Today I called prior to my appointment to say I was running about 10 mins late due to traffic. No answer. I show up 12 mins late instead of the 10 I thought ,walk in and begin picking my colors while Krystal tells me "I thought you forgot your Bridgette" as she still sits with the customer before me in her chair still being worked on. I said I tried to call but nobody answered. She gives a look. As I'm sitting there I started thinking of how badly she has treated me the last few times I've come in and I chose to leave. She called to ask me where I went and ai expressed to her that I was upset with the way she treated me and would book with someone else. I tried to book an appointment with Tracy and Krystal denied my appointment.

Krystal is late almost every time I come and I never complain. She complains about the designs I request and the amount of time they will take. She gives no massage at all with a pedicure, she pauses when doing my nails to go eat and will continually stop doing my services to make personal calls and book appointments when customers call in and I never say a word but she has gradually become more and more rude towards me despite me NEVER being rude back. To now spitefully refuse to allow me to book with someone else because you know your bad attitude lost you a loyal, good customer is pretty sad.

Appointments are not always serviced by the person booked online, but they are always friendly.
Sometimes I am happy with my nails, others not so much.

This spot always does fantastic work! Highly recommend! Go see tracy she'll take care of you! I love they book appointments and honor them. So, appointments always trunk walk in's even if it's a huge line ! Visit CP nails asap!
