Dyson Studio in American Fork, UT

I can't even begin do tell you guys how amazing Greg is! I have some main points I would like to mention about incredible my experience was today.

1.) Greg scheduled me last minute since I was leaving the mainland headed back to Hawaii in the next couple weeks.

2.) Greg is incredibly kind and funny, there was never any awkward silence. (You know how you run out of small talk and it just falls flat? None of that!) Not only is Greg that way but all of the stylists that I talked to were all so wonderful.

3.) My hair turned out AMAZING. I came in with some long, faded, brassy/blonde and wanted a color melt with white ends and a root shadow. Greg consulted with multiple stylists before deciding on a plan of attack and I'm happy to report that my hair is happy, healthy and beautiful!

I'm definitely going to be returning to this studio when I move back to Utah.

I have visited many salons and for the most part have paid 100 of dollars on my hair from cuts to colors and blow outs even extensions. By far this is the most resonably priced salon I have gone to and where I have received great service. I ended up here because I booked an appointment  with another salon  that kept me waiting outside for 45 minutes after they opened without someone there. Dyson booked me and squeezed me in on an already busy day. I know get my extensions done by Greg and his wife every 2 months. 4 stars for always working with my schedule and fixing an extension that bunched. Got charged for a haircut once when all that was done was some layering around my face other then that would  have been a five!

Okay, in Utah it feels like everyone's sister/cousin/neighbor does hair.  But Dyson Studio is a cut above the rest, and feels like it belongs in a major city - not small town American Fork.  You feel pampered when you walk through the door, and these hair stylists know what they're doing.  All of the stylists have worked here for years, and they have various assistants and apprentices who are quick to get you water/Diet Coke/etc.

My sister has been going to Andrea at Dyson for years (for hair extensions, short pixie cuts, bold reds, blonds, dark hair - you name it she's done it).  

Andrea is Awesome!
I went to Andrea for some bright reds scattered throughout a dark brown over all color.  We weren't 100% happy with the first shade of red (a little too pink) so Andrea did it again, seamlessly.  She didn't make a big deal out of it, and she was sure I left the salon feeling like a million bucks.  It was around $150, and worth every penny.

I Love Becca!
I scheduled a cut/color with Becca because Andrea was on maternity leave.  Becca is freaking hilarious, and she is so so talented!  I have extremely fine/lifeless hair, and the cut she gaves me adds volume and body to my hair.  She also did a great dark to caramel ombre on my hair.  A cut and color was $110.

TL;DR:  If you're looking for a new salon, go to Dyson.

I was a walk in near closing. Nanci is amazing, kind, and very friendly! Not only did she do a great job but visiting with her made my whole experience that much better!
