Diane did an awesome job with my hair and listened to my goals. She was running a few minutes late and the front desk called 15 min prior to my appointment so I wasn't hanging out waiting. I showed when asked and she was immediately ready. Really happy with this first style and will be back for future cuts.
Called on a Thursday to get a quote for a haircut for my daughter and was quoted $65 over the phone. Decided not to book but changed my mind that night and ended up booking on the website for the same time offered that day. After I paid the $50 deposit it said the total for the haircut was $75 so I called the next day to ask if they could honor the $65. She said the price on the website was wrong and the best they could do was actually $85. I was told since my daughter was 9 and not 8 it was considered a women's haircut and not a child's haircut which was what the $65 price was for. I said well I think you should at least honor the $75 which was what was on the website or refund the $50 deposit and she said we'll just refund the deposit. Could not care less about losing my business. I explained that I had been looking for a new salon for myself as well but now would not be coming to them and again she could not have cared less and just said ok that's fine we'll process your refund. Wow....
