Entourage Salon & Spa in Virginia Beach, VA

Like the hair salon. Have not used the spa services. I go somewhere different for my spa treatments. but , love getting my hair done at here. Have been seeing Jenna for years. always on time, does not cancel appointments. it is a smaller salon, which i love~ i hate the coldness of a hair factory salon. highly recommend.

Absolutely in love with this place! So much so...I took my bridal party there for our mani/pedi/hair AND makeup. The spa is absolutely beautiful, and the ladies that work there are fun, very sweet and good at what they do. If you're looking for just a spa day with the ladies/besties or just solo...this place is a one and done place. You can get just about anything you could want out of a spa...massage, facials, wraps, microdermabrasion etc... If you're looking for an awesome hairstylist. I've got the perfect person. My favorite hair stylist is Jenna. She's great with color, highlights and I love how she cuts my hair!!! I've been hooked on this place since day one...

Let me start by saying that I am not one those reviewers who just says negative things to try and gain free stuff, attention, etc. This is actually my first negative review on Yelp ever. I generally believe in giving people, especially in the service industry, the benefit of the doubt. I believe in trying to work out the situation calmly because stuff happens. Most of the time no big deal. However, the owner of this spa has me outraged. My friend and I were having a very rare girls weekend last week, free of kids and husbands. We decided to have a spa day. I took the role of calling around to check out prices and availability. When I called this spa, I asked if they offered a military discounts. Every other spa I called in my search offered one so it made sense to ask. I was pleased to be told that Entourage offered 10% off to military. Great! The woman who booked our appointments gave me an exact quote of our services with the discount, included gratuity, and taxes for each of us. Sounded good, so I booked our appointment. We went through our spa day as planned. Services were great, staff was friendly. My friend finished before I had and paid. She asked about us receiving the military discount to which she was told "I'm sorry we do not offer one." The staff member checked with the owner who said she would not honor the discount. My friend let it go as she thought maybe I confused which spa I received the quote from. She couldn't ask me because I was still in my appointment. When I paid, I did not bring up the discount as I was trying to hurry and pay because my friend had been waiting. I did not dissect what the total was as I was paying. We left. My friend told me what happened in the car. I pulled out my receipt and did the math. They did not provide us with the discount we were offered. I called and left a message immediately regarding the miscommunication. I received a call back to which the staff member confirmed that yes I was indeed provided the incorrect information by the person who booked the appointment. She would speak with the owner and get back to me. I received a call yesterday evening with the owner's response. 'While she understood that we were told we would receive a military discount, they do not offer one. She would not be able to honor it. Seriously?!?!?!?! Not able to honor your employee's word? So as your customer, we are being penalized for your employee's mistake. I can completely understand not receiving one going forward. However, I booked an appointment based on the expectation that was set. The owner should stand by that. Let me also note that my friend and I both left additional tip beyond the included gratuity. We did this because we thought we were receiving a discount and therefore thought to pay part of that forward. Especially since all 3 of the spa professionals were either retired military or married to a service member. TO THE OWNER: You have done a disservice to your employees and staff by the way you have handled this situation. The disrespect and lack of care is upsetting. To dismiss your customers and basically say 'sorry not my problem' is absurd. I can guarantee we will not be back nor will we ever frequent the restaurant/bar you own that was advertised by your employees. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

My sister in law surprised me with a mani & pedi at Entourage Salon & Spa while we were visiting her in Virginia Beach over Labor Day..I LOVED this place! The moment I walked through the door, I felt so welcomed & at home! This is important to me, especially since I am from out of town. I was offered a mimosa while in the waiting area & each of the associates greeted me, it was wonderful! Ashley took care of my mani & pedi, I loved her! She has such a sweet personality, happy person, we talked about so many things we had in common! The mani & pedi itself was so relaxing, my legs were a little sore that morning from walking so much the day prior, but the pedi & the added little leg massage was perfect, I felt like a new person! I loved how Ashley took her time, making sure my toes & finger tips were in tip top shape & looking good! I loved the location of the salon/spa, it was super close to the beachfront area of Virginia Beach. The inside of the salon/spa was lovely, it reminded me of a dressy style upscale boutique, it was so pretty! If I come back to Virginia Beach for a visit, I will make sure I at least make an appointment to return to this salon/spa!

For spa treatments maybe good but for hair color and cut not so much. First time trying it out as I'm new to town. Needless to say I will have to keep looking for a stylist that can give good blonde color bc this one missed the mark. Thankfully I only got a trim. The stylist was sweet and hospitable, but there was NO consultation whatsoever, and therefore I did not have good vibes about my hair turning out the way I have been used to getting it. It's a big price tag to pay to be unhappy esp when your husband says, I thought you went to get ur hairs done!! That speaks volumes! I even texted my old stylist far far away and she said the color is not the same. Almost appears as if I didn't get it colored at all.
