My first visit was a Sat. The staff was very professional and friendly. I was a little concerned about having my locs done at a salon. However she came highly recommended. She took the time to explain every step as she was correcting the last person's work. I love that the vibe of the shop was neo soul & relaxing. No screaming children. No one coming in selling socks. As a non coffee drinking person it's rare that someone has tea. It's even more rare for them to have de cafe tea. I was very impressed that they had a whole array of herbal teas & splenda It's nothing to most but it was a lot to me. The shop was very clean & TJ he pricing was fair. I travel a little over a hour to get what I could get 5 min from my house. But it was well worth it!
Stephany one of the owners is fantastic! I showed her a picture of the style I wanted and she executed it masterfully! The salon is gorgeous with snacks and coffee for the customers. I highly recommend this salon.
I went here and did a sew in with frontal and I was very blessed with the services. They are super professional and polite. I am pleased with my look
My friend suggested this place for a spa pedicure when I visited her, and seeing as I'm not from the area I went along. The facility was inviting and cute, and the staff was incredibly friendly. But that's where it ended for me in terms of pros. We waited for such a long time before being attended to. What we thought would've been new experiences in pedicure services turned out to be just like a normal pedicure that I get from my regular salon. I wasn't given any sort of throw-away sandal after my pedicure and had to walk around barefoot to get to the foot dryer; and sadly there was only one foot dryer for me and my friend to use, so we rotated every so often until we just had enough. I feel bad I had such a sad experience because the people were so nice. At least we gave it a try.
I've been going to this spa since I moved to the area over 7 years ago from NYC. The service in exceptional. The ladies are super friendly and knowledgeable.
