I have been to many Drybars from Chicago, Scottsdale, Louisville, etc
This was the worst experience I have ever had. Showed up for my scheduled appointment at 4:00 and wasn't taken back till 4:35. Had to cancel dinner reservations with my daughter. The stylist who did my hair was anything but friendly, talked under her breath, and was annoyed that I asked for a few touch ups. My hair was left flat, with caked on product. Had to wear a hat.

Everyone is so sweet! I love getting pampered! At first, I didn't know what to expect, but the ladies got me a drink, guided me to my seat, asked me what I wanted to have done for my hair, guided me to the wash station- massaged my head where I almost fell asleep! Then brought me back to my seat where I enjoyed a movie and nice conversation while getting my hair styled. They validated my parking ticket as well! Can't say enough great things! Loved my experiences here!
