(I think she was the owner?) The results look like I had bought a highlighting kit from Walmart and did it myself!!! I am so EMBARRASSED to be seen!! Now I am out $150 (I really should not have paid her!) and have to find someone else to help and FIX my hair!! I am so SAD and UPSET!!! Please do not trust your hair to these people!!
