X-S Hair Salon in Port Chester, NY

Lorena is by far the best hairstylist I've ever been to! I've been coming to her for years and always walk away loving my hair. I've lived in the city and the west coast and no one compared to her precision and vision with hair. I get compliments constantly on my hair cuts, even when they've grown out because of her gift with scissors. Since having my cuts with her I never have to blow dry or style my hair. It falls so effortlessly and has organic movement to it. I also like the vibe XS has. From their older salon to the newest two locations it's super swanky in the best way possible. Yet everyone who works there is extremely down to earth. I look forward to conversations with Lorena and my date night proceeding my gorgeous hair cuts. I highly recommend her and XS salon to anyone and everyone!

I agree with the lady that used Th____g_!!! His work went down down hill. I feel bad for him.

I paid over $400 and was disappointed in Thiago's shoddy unprofessional work...I asked for lowlights and just turned out to be a brassy blonde. He used a ton of bleach that dried out my hair. I called and told Thiago to correct the mess he made of my hair. He told me to remove the bad review and he'd fix it. So I removed the bad review. And he put in a few lowlights that you could hardly see. The bottom line? I still look like a brassy blonde and my hair is RUINED. It is so dry, brittle and damaged. I never went to ANY salon where they used BLEACH. NOW I HAVE TO CUT MY HAIR VERY VERY SHORT TO START OVER BECAUSE MY HAIR IS RUINED. THANKS THIAGO. I used to go to Warren Tricomi who charged $400 but at least I loved my hair. I went to Thiago because a friend told me that he was good and inexpensive. NO, THIAGO IS BAD AND EXPENSIVE...A DOUBLE WHAMMY! I never set foot in that salon again and advise you to do the same. Now I must cut my hair and wait a few years to get my soft longer locks back again.

XS Hair Salon is the best Salon around. I actually like keeping it a secret because I don't want the whole world here. From Angelica giving the best hair washing you could ever possibly get to the sweetest assistants answering the phone. Magaly, Lorena and Thiago are so professional yet they give you such personal treatment and all know what " your formula " is and how you like your hair styled that you can go to any of them. They are the Real hairdressers of Westchester ! Thiago colored my hair so perfectly I was stopped so many times on Greenwich Ave asking where I got my hair done . Even Becker asked where I got that perfect color and cut !!!! Lorena just squeezed me in today for a last minute appointment because I got caught in the rain and needed a blow out for tonight. There isn't a hair salon that could even compare to the XS Hair Salon. Pure Perfection !!!!

Lorena and her team go above and beyond to cater to their clients! I have always felt like a priority and gotten excellent treatments. I find a friendly atmosphere and top tier service to be worth it every time. I will continue to be a loyal customer and support XS at any location. XS has wonderful community ties, female ownership and is always on trend. I highly recommend XS, it has become a staple in my beauty routine and I look forward to every appointment! Cannot recommend it enough
