Paradise Spa Salon in Port Chester, NY

I have been receiving services for over 5 years now. Their staff is top notch, they provide outstanding service and skill. Both the spa and salon I highly recommend. Wonderful, and cheerful group of professional, they go above and beyond to make sure your experience with them EVERY time is Amazing.

This review is written in English as well as Spanish (Escrito en Ingles Y Espanol): I am extremely picky about my hair care. I don't just let just anyone do anything or put anything on my hair. I have been a customer at several places in Port Chester. What I find is that there is a lack of either expertise, professionalism or both. let's face it, everyone can wash their hair on their own at home. Also hair salons are a dime a dozen. I go once a week to get a wash and set, perhaps with a blow out and have a chemical treatment once every 6 weeks. I value both skill as well as good customer service and professionalism. If I am paying for a service I should feel that there is a certain level of respect for me as a customer or NEXT. That being said. PARADISE SPA AND SALON IS EXCELLENT!!! top notch customer service, with great expertise. The people here are great and the atmosphere is relaxing. This combined with a reasonable price point makes it the best place that I have been to in Port Chester. The others are in Manhattan. Soy una persona muy cuidadosa con my cabello. No dejo que cualquiera haga algo o me ponga algo asi no mas porque si. He sido clienta de muchisimos sitios en Port Chester y lo que he encontrado es solo falta de experiencia,profesionalismo o ambos. Seamos sinceros, cualquiera puede lavar su cabello por ellos mismos en casa, ademas, salones de belleza hay muchos, voy una vez por semana por un lavado y arreglado de mi cabello ademas algunas veces para secado e incluso para tratamiento con sustancias quimicas. Me encantan las habilidades, servicio al cliente y profesionalismo, si estoy pagando por un servicio, deberia sentirme que me tratan con cierto nivel de respeto como clienta que soy o sino simplemente me voy a otro sitio. Habiendo dicho esto, PARADISE SPA AND SALON ES EXCELENTE!! I went here to see my usual nail person, Nicinha. She is amazing! I also saw Eduardo for a blow dry, he was amazing giving me a brow dry with body and movement. I hate flat hair! Give both of them a try
