So I was looking for a hair salon because I'm from out of state and I'm very picky on who touches my hair and who doesn't especially new people but when I found Shelby it was like I met the perfect match. Shelby help me get my hair products together and and make sure my hair wasn't going to falling and it is nice and healthy and nailed the perfect hair color. I will be going back this coming month. Shelby is an excellent hairstylist, who genuinely cares about her clients and their hair. Thank you so much Shelby oh, and also, the vibe of the salon itself is just so perfect. It's like just for the girls

She was fantastic always make me look so sexy and my wife loved it when I come home from getting my hair colored. Shelby does a fantastic job!!! And it is quite and the people are nice to talk too

I expect you are reading reviews for one of two reasons; 1.) you are happy with your stylist but the quality of their work doesn't match the cost, or 2.) you are unhappy with your stylist and desperately need someone worth your hard earned money. I fit #1 for far too long and finally decided I needed to get connected to whomever this magical stylist is that beautified my already beautiful friend, so I asked for an introduction and set up an appointment - the rest is history. Background: Every time my super close friend got her hair done it was something different (from wild/vibrant colors and overall natural color to hair cuts of all styles, etc.), and every. single. time. I was blown away - to the point of jealousy! Of course I defaulted to thinking the cost was way more than I was willing to spend on myself, ever, so it took me a while to cave and start asking questions.. I still kick myself for not asking my friend about their stylist sooner. Two magical words: Alisha Cochran Alisha meets all the expectations you'd expect of an insanely talented stylist (duration of career, continuing education, etc.) but she is more than that. She is an incredible soul with a heart of pure gold. She is a family woman, down to earth, with the utmost ethics, integrity, and morals. She will not lie or stretch the truth to make clients happy - she will tell you straight up what is and is not possible, always keeping the health of your hair as top priority. As you read reviews you will see frequent complaints that they asked for something specific and didn't get what they asked for - - that won't happen to a client of Alisha's! She will tell you exactly what she thinks it would take to achieve what you are asking for, including the bad news of it not being likely or that it would take multiple sessions. This type of honesty in itself is worth every hard earned penny of mine.. and best of all she is not expensive at all - her prices are reasonable for sure! Yes, Alisha will probably have a full calendar, but she is worth whatever wait there may be. Setting up appointments is easy, and rescheduling (with proper notice, of course) is just as easy. The salon location is easy to get to, and not far off of I-5; parking appears limited but I have never had a problem parking. Bathrooms are available to clients and always clean. Stop relating to #1 or #2 above - Don't wait like I did! Get ahold of Alisha and make the jump now! I promise, you won't be disappointed!

I would advise you to avoid this salon I had an appointment set with Olivia she canceled 48 hours before my appointment I was understanding and agreed to reschedule upon arriving at my second appointment scheduled she informed me that she would be 15 minutes late because she was still working on another client's hair I graciously understood and decided to wait for her 15 minutes turned into an hour and a half she rushed through my appointment when I showed her a picture of what I wanted she promised me we could achieve it and one appointment I told her up front that I did not want any warm tones in my hair I also arrived with two inches of gray grow out on my roots because I was trying to transition to a lighter shade . By the time my appointment was over I had Orange red brassy highlights that were blotchy and uneven with 2 in of gray grow out still on my roots , she charged me $300 and $5 for this appointment and sent me home with black hair color sloppily applied all over my forehead and all over the back of my light pink shirt . When I called the salon and left a message to speak with the owner through another stylist after I detailed my experience with Olivia she said the owner would be in contact with me soon , which of course never happened . This is a very honest accurate review of my experience with the salon the owner and this particular stylist Olivia .

I had a wonderful first experience with Cassie at Dollhouse Salon. She has positive energy, is a great listener and took time to show me the back of my hair and ask if I'd prefer it shorter-;which I did. She's genuine, easy to talk to and takes the time to do her magic and connect with you, which is the type of hairstylist everyone needs when entrusting their hair, time and money! Thank you Cassie!
