Cut off too much off my eyebrow and left it em uneven. Didn't follow the natural curve of the eyebrow and left it boxy instead. Didn't attempt to take off small first and did it all in one go.
Terrible customer service and social skills. No manners, No greeting, doesn't even say hi. When she hurts you multiple times with the nail drill she will not Acknowledge nor apologize But will snatch your finger back as if it irritates her that you pulled away. The wrist pillow is dirty so you have to hover your arms above unless you are ok with touching it. Zero stars. Not recommended. Whilst getting my manicure the other worker lady was in a pedicure chair hard core digging in her nose.
I don't even know where to begin. Customer service really should be a zero but I had to give a star. I went to this place based on reviews and I was excited to treat myself since being a working mom it is hard to find self care time. Immediately walking in with my friend we were greeted by a woman "what you want?"... slamming a menu down. I got a pedi/mani. I got a two second Pumice stone to the callus and a two second lotion to my legs and bam next.. while I watched another lady receive a massage . My manicure was very brief as well and two second hand massage. Then she comes around me and roughly pulls my hoodie on my jacket slaps my neck . I'm guessing that was a neck massage?? I wouldn't recommend this to my enemy. I wouldn't go here if it was free. Ridiculous just absolutely disheartening to know these people can take your money and think they provided a welcoming and pleasant experience! They really need to fire that worker she clearly doesn't care about her job or clients
My girlfriend usually comes here to get her nails done during the week at off hours and has no problem getting the services started right away. My girlfriend and I came here on a Sunday at 1:55 for a 2pm reservation for a pedicure for me and a gel manicure for her. They sat her for the gel manicure immediately and sat me in a chair to soak my feet shortly after. After over 20 minutes of soaking my feet I took them out and decided to forgo the pedicure because my girlfriend would be done with her manicure way before I would finish my pedicure. They always do pretty good work on her nails but that's really all the good I have to say about them.
Really good work and went above and beyond to correct another salons poor work. They were kind and patient and made sure I got what I wanted! I recommend this salon!
