I recently visited Great Clips on Yelm highway. I was a walk-in, so I knew I would have to wait. When it got to be my turn (only one waiting) the women that was available was told to check in the shipment that had been delivered. After waiting some more I got up and asked, when she was going to be done. I was told she was busy and it would be 20 minutes. I was dumfounded, it must have showed, because she changed it 5 minutes. Retail should never ignore a customer.

Not very happy with the haircut. I have always gotten my haircut but switch between two locations. When I went in, the atmosphere of the place was not very good. The woman who took me back was not very happy to be at work and it showed. Every time I have gone in to have my haircut I will have the person cutting my hair talk to me, this person was more concerned about just getting people out of their chair or talking to the other staff members. You have to at least act like you care about people or your job. Usually the person will also show me the backside and didn't this time and when I went home to look I was not happy. Would not recommend this location, sadly didn't get the persons name either. I will will go to the other locations but would recommend not going to this one.
I'll start by saying I don't want anyone to get in trouble, but the last time I went there 4-6 weeks ago, my haircut was BAD. When it's just finished, with the adrenaline going, everything looks great. But after I got home and washed it, I saw how bad it was. I like Sunny. She's friendly, nice and very fast. But she did a general male cut on me and with my weird shaped head and unique hair, it turned out very uneven. It was too long where it should have been shorter, and too short in strange places. Plus, she wacked/trimmed my eyebrows without asking me first. It's taken this long for them to grow back somewhat evenly. Like I said, I like Sunny...but I think she needs to slow down and listen to the customer more.
