Loved this salon! Ami is amazing. She really cares for clients and their hair. She will provide you with what you need and that makes for a great hair care practitioner. I'll be back for sure!

She is the best when I tell you the best. Makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I was going to this one particular stylist who had me waiting for hours when I had a apt and just knew I needed to find a new stylist. That's when I went on google and found Amy and she was able to give me a apt the same day and didn't have me waiting for hours just for a retwist on my locs. If your looking for someone who knows about hair cares about your time along with her time and makes you feel comfortable come to Amy! I've been coming to Amy for the past couple months and I'm glad I've found her because I was stressing over my last stylist I had.

I went to the studio for a full sew in. She was 30 minutes late and I was the scheduled first customer. While she did a good wash and condition, her weave was subpar. I have worn weaves many times and this one was the worst weave I have ever had. The front looked ridiculous with lace showing and a part that was off. I would not recommend her for this type of service. When I asked her to fix it, she did not seem to understand what was wrong with it. Her prices were way too high for this quality of work. I will not be going back.

I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. I was booked for a 9am braiding appointment for my daughter, and she did not get in the chair until 12:20. The stylist blamed it on her 8am running over... THREE HOURS?! No call, no courtesy text or nothing mentioned about this appointment running over. We tried to leave and the entire time she kept saying she was almost finished, she begged us not to go. We stayed and gave her a change all to make my daughter cry mid blow dry. NEVER EVER AGAIN! RUN!!!!!!!!

So... I recently visited divine trinity hair studio. I called and they were able to take me as a walk in which I was very very happy about but I must say I was told to come at 10:30 waited 2 hours just to get my hair washed... I understand that their were people ahead of me but I would've just came another day instead of waiting that long. Ami was excellent her customer service was amazing !!!!! Definitely made sure I was comfortable now the other stylist was just as nice !! Im not sure the other stylist name but she was the one that cut my hair not ami just to make that very clear ... and I'm not knocking her whatsoever just saying my experience!!!!I came in from a wash blow dry and trim... my hair was all the same length I did have some breakage but the way she cut my hair is really just horrible. I understand wanting to make sure it's all healthy but I would've preferred her to take only some off ,, one side looks like I have a bob in the front the other side is much longer I don't really want to have to give a hair stylist direction on how to cut my hair... like she should've just cut some off because If I was to get a silk press it would've looked a hot ass mess... like I was completely disappointed and asked her about it like why do I need to ask u why one side is much shorter than the other ! way shorter . Like I said I definitely understand the breakage but we could've just took some off instead of it being completely lopsided I now have to get braids for a while until the other side grows back to a good length to wear my hair down... now ami is great and customer service is to die for but I just got a bad cut but I wouldn't completely right them off all together !! that just wasnt the best trim ... I didn't walk out happy at all. Please tell your clients what your doing before anything because anyone would've been annoyed and she didn't even explain why it looked that way until I asked like ughhh !!! Was so so so upset about and still am everytime I look in the mirror .
