This place is a rip off every time you go they charge a different price and today I took my 7 yrs old granddaughter that likes to hang out with her Mimi she got a simple pedicure and gel polish Jeffrey charged me 50 dollars for her little feet. I was floored..I got rushed Pedicure after it felt like the man cut my toe off because he was trembling so much then Jeffrey had to finish I got fill in and two tips put on my great toes..he charged me 100 dollars..two weeks ago I got same thing minus the two tips it was 80 dollars but he told me prior to putting tips on it would be 5 dollars per toe .The math I learned it should've been 90 dollars but 50 dollars for a pair of tender 7 yrs old feet is absolutely ridiculous..Never again will I visit this place again...
Even though i was the only person in the salon I felt like I was a problem that needed to be felt with and very rushed. In addition the 30.00 pedicure took all of 12 minutes in the chair. Very disappointing as I had hoped it would be a go to for convenience reasons.
The last three time I have made an appt and literally sat there for 30 minutes. They have absolutely no comprehension of appointments, there is a reason clients make them. Then to top it off the pedi is awful. Literally I can peel the skin tags they left and a child could have put polish on better.
Basically I got my nails done here and they turned out so awful and I was trying to explain to the tech who did my nails that I was unsatisfied because I had asked for coffin and she gave me more of a rounded nail. As I was telling her that they don't look like coffin. she was telling me it's cause the shape of my nail but I know it's not because I use to work at a nail salon...not only was the shape messed up they were all different sizes. I asked her if she could fix them and she said no and so I asked if i could get a discount since she doesn't want to fix them and she just gave me 5 dollars from the 45 that I paid.
I came in here to just get a fill in and my nails have never looked so bad. I asked for a refund and the woman started screaming at me saying I had a fungus in my nails in front of clients. I said it was very unprofessional and all i want is a refund and she refused and just said that "she did all she could." I will never be coming here again.
