Literally the best place to go in Knoxville! Lou truly puts in detailed time and effort into each client and what you want, she doesn't rush and she LOVES what she does. I would highly recommend her!
Lou is the best hairstylist in Knoxville, period. She is so friendly and super easy to talk to. I was comfortable with her in the first 5 minutes of sitting in her chair.
The best part about going to her is any color or colors I can come up with she can make happen and look great. She has colored my hair with everything from rainbow colors which looked awesome to platinum blonde which was beautiful. She uses great products and my hair has never looked fried or damaged, even though we have done some extreme colors.
Her new location at Salon 865 is perfect. It's a private salon that is open and spacious with wonderful natural lighting. It's very comfortable and she always has lots of drinks and yummy snacks. The building is also immaculately clean with great parking and super clean bathrooms.
In short, go see Lou. She is the BEST, and Salon 865 is a comfortable private place to get your hair done. I love Salon 865 and I love Lou!
