2nd time coming wanted to give them a second chance . First time got a gel manicure which lasted 4 days before peeling. 2nd time brought my little sister for her first time to get a full set French tip and tech was showed a picture and they came out nothing like picture. Once asked to correct another tech fixed it but u could tell aggravation in their tone and faces.
I wasted 2 hours of my time to have nails that I'm rather disappointed in. My nails are not a consist length or shape. Do not waste your money. I should have left after I waited 30 minutes before I was seated. Two people who came in after me were seen before me. My tech had to get someone else to do the nail art. She was very rough and my nails and hands were dusty at the end.
I have been coming here for 5 years. They are so courteous. They do a great job and all the techs are amazing! Great service and value.
I have been going here to get my nails done for about 2 years now. They always offer complimentary drinks (Coke, Water, Sprite, Wine, etc.). Ming is my go to guy every time. He does an amazing job and always remembers my name. He is the absolute best! My nails have never been this long or strong in my life. I recommend doing the dip/SNS if you want to grow out your nails.
Called in a last minute Saturday appointment and they got me in right away. The salon is beautiful and peaceful. They are very organized and have lots of color to choose from. I highly recommend Al. He plays such close attention to detail. His massages are amazing!
