Divine Nail Spa in Oxon Hill, MD

They fit me in on short notice and did a great job just in time for me to make it to my conference.

This nail salon is conveniently located next to a parking lot in the National harbor which made finding parking a success. However, the service was not top notch for the prices. If you're looking for speedy service because you have somewhere to be, but not the best quality, then this is the perfect place. They will get you in and out. But as far as creating a welcoming atmosphere and paying attention to the details of your requested service, I didn't get it this visit. My nail tech only rushed through my manicure, albeit the massage felt really nice, then rushed me over to the drying station with uncomfortable chairs and did a little dance that she finished everything in record timing. The place wasn't packed at all, might I add. The edges of my nails are rough from when she sped through filling them and the paint doesn't cover the sides of my nails on a few of them, only the top. I'm willing to check out other salons for the customer service and quality of service in use to. However, this place gets five stars in speediness and for cleaning their tools prior to using them.

I've come here twice and both times were awful. I took 2.5 hours - yes two hours and 30 minutes - to complete a gel manicure and standard pedicure. The experienced techs were seated in chairs having girl talk while they let an inexperienced (tbd licensed) rookie experimented with my time and money. Horrendous results. The results are subpar. The stations are not cleaned in between customers. Pieces of other client's nails were all over the space. Do not be fooled by the proximity. This is a subpar establishment.

I don't know even wanna leave a STAR!!! I do not recommend this establishment it has gone down hill, I had an appointment at 2:15, Nina did not show up until 3:30 and tried to rush my feet, didn't even clean my feet toes properly. I asked for a manager several times nothing while my feet set in cold water. Then had the nerve to try and charged me $71 for a job that wasn't even done. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Way more better places to go to then here.

This nail salon is the only one at the national harbor and it's hit or miss. There is an older lady who will do the best pedicures that would last me over a month. I can't find a consistent nail tech here that will do my nails the way I want them. The polish chips a lot (I get SNS) or my nails will start chipping on the side. This is why I have them 4 stars.
