I made an appointment on line for a hair cut , blow dry and style . I had to wait almost 10 minutes after my appointment time , not a big deal . I have seasonal allergies and dry skin on my ears . She asked me if I had worms coming out my ear ? How rude and unprofessional. It made me extremely uncomfortable , it's a minor skin issue you can't even notice .
The stylist didn't really know how to use a round brush to blow dry my hair , the front It's a pretty simple skill. She left the back of my hair wavy not blow dried . I asked her to face frame my hair one side is definitely longer than the other .
Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere. $20 shampoo and cut is an ok price, but the so called stylist I got stuck with was the worst I've experienced. If I could give Jody a 0 it'd be too much. Inexperienced is an understatement. There is no excuse. I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. Never again FS!
They always to get me in without an appointment in a timely manner and I'm always greeted with a smile from Erin... Keep up the good work!
I love going to Fantastic Sams in O'Fallon by Hwy N and K! I haven't gone anywhere else in years!
I always get an appt relatively quickly and do not have to wait but maybe 5 minutes before I am in Erin's chair!
She is really talented and does a great job!
I have never been a walk-in and plan ahead.
The prices are great and they always have coupons and specials each day of the week.
My experience since COVID has not changed my service levels. They clean, wear masks, and seem to follow the CDC guidelines.

Not a bad haircut but unfortunately bad customer service is not acceptable to me.
Greeting was welcoming. Told it would be a 10 minute wait. Sat down. Another guy came in and was waiting. Then I was passed up buy the same guy who just sat down. When I asked her why she ignored me and just started talking to the other customer.
Hmmm...if I was not short on time I'd go elsewhere but you can rest assured this will be my last time coming here. I feel sorry for all of the good employees here that lose clients because of others but it's about the whole team.
30 minutes later I got called up for my cut.
