I've been to Diva nails many times over the years & love Ni Lee, however my last visit entailed a young male tech who was late for work, had a dirty table & hands/appearance (including black in his nails), hit the skin in my hand with the electric mail file bc he was careless ( I almost bled), complained about the design I wanted in my nails & argued with me about it, & in the end slabbed oil over my hands completely missing my nails obviously purposely. He was completely disrespectful, acted like he didn't want to be at work & was the opposite of what Ni Lee ever was. I want her to know what customer service is like when she is not there. He is horrible. If you go there ask for the young girl who sits in the back. She is surprisingly excellent. I shld have requested her again. I will be sure never the let this young man do my nails again. Ni shld get rid of him.
I made two appointments for 3:30 at Diva Nails. I got there at 3:30 and at 3:50 asked how much longer. I asked for a certain lady to do a full set, and she wasn't even there!! They told us it was going to be another 30 minutes. They argued and came up with excuses as to why it was going to be a 30 minute wait when we had an appointment. I understand 5-10 minutes, BUT THIRTY? The ladies were extremely rude I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Unbelievable.
Don't waist your time or money. This is my 3rd and final visit. My daughter also was coming here but that's not ever gonna happen again. I already was only coming here for convenience I should have known better. If you are looking for quality over quantity this not the spot. Definitely not at there level of work for that amount. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and $$$, go Elsewhere!!!
Don't waste your money. I spent $80 on my nails just for them to begin lifting the next day. I went back and they told me I could get them fixed but only with the same nail artist which of course led to the same outcome but with them breaking off this time. Don't waste your time or money!
Normally I go here however last time I went there was a very rude lady who took me. She kept offering me other treatments when I clearly wanted to only get one thing and to move on. She was very rude, did a terrible job, and expected a tip after being that rude. Never going back, I'll stick to Tiara Nails
