Terrible, rushed gel manicure. Doris yelled "NO TIP" embarrassing herself as I was walking to pay and make change for a tip. I asked Doris to do my eyebrows and she said "no next time." First and LAST time ever going here. Save yourself the trouble. She used the electric nail file to get my gel polish off and it burned my nails, still hurts today.
Visited this business on Tuesday evening. Had a spa pedicure and regular manicure. Very satisfied with the service and the results. Taiyan did a great job.
Was my favorite place before they ruined my eyebrows. Only Ella is capable of doing eyebrows decently. Went to get a pedicure done and all 3 nail techs were basically arguing over who didn't have to do my toes. Right in front of me! They do a great job of not making you feel welcome and we're no help in trying to reshape my eyebrows when I had to come back in because they were so horrid. So if anyone knows a nice place to go please let me know cause it's not here.
First time here and will go again. I called ahead asking if they had any openings in which they did. Wasn't necessary to make an appointment since walk ins are welcomed. Owner did my nails. He was very professional and asked for what I wanted and offered suggestions. Other staff was also welcoming. Salon was very clean and well organized.
I went for a spa pedicure and basic manicure.
The salon was very clean and the instruments were in a sealed sanitized package. They also used disposable flip flops on my feet. The massage chairs are the standard massage chairs that most salons have and the massage chair worked very well.
I had Koko as my nail technician and for the spa pedicure I choose the Mango pedicure. The pedicure began with a mango Sea Salt Soak, and then a mango Sugar Scrub, followed by a mango thermal Mud Masque and at least a 10 minute Massage with mango Cream and hot stones on each foot/leg.
After the pedicure I had a basic manicure, and she used a clear coat of polish. While I waited under the dryer she gave me a shoulder massage.
