Clean and convenient, with friendly talented techs! My nails are finally getting longer with gels that don't lift. If I chip one, they fix it for me no problem.
Scheduled two appointments for the same time. They only had someone ready for one of us, never told us, and started with my husband. After 20 minutes I was still waiting and was told it would be 8 more minutes. We had plans after so I was unable to stay to get my scheduled pedicure. I don't recommend going here, particularly if you expect them to be remotely close to on time, or if you plan to get a service done with a friend.
I chose this salon because they offered gel extensions on their website and because I had seen some of the work done here on Instagram. This was my first time getting gel - x and I was very excited to also be visiting this salon for the first time, and potentially making it my permanent spot. However, the underneath of my nails were left with a lot of product on it. I don't think I have ever seen a pair of nails done in a salon look like that gel - X or not. I went back two days after getting them done and ask them if they could fix it. The nail tech said that this is how they were supposed to look. She ended up filing the product down a little bit and then went back to the client she had been working on. I know these nails could have been better. I wish I would have been advised that the underneath would potentially look bad if I got gel - X instead of acrylic.
I wish I could give this a negative. Less then 24 hrs from getting my nails done and they all chipped. Garbage! I will never recommend this place to anyone! I'm so disappointed!
