I have went to this shop three times after I had gotten my nails done because the shellac kept coming off and they fixed it all three and it is still peeling. Not sure if the polish is old or not but this is a major problem if I paid my nice money. Couldn't even enjoy my nails because they kept peeling and I kept going back just for it to peel again smh
I went to this salon yesterday to get a soak off and overlay out of desperation because my nail tech at my regular salon was unavailable. Nail Tech #4 spoke little to no English, except to tell me that the service provided would be $55. I challenged him about the price since the price on the wall indicated $35. I knew there would be a $2 debit fee, but I didn't know the fee is $3 for any amount over $50, so I paid $58 for a set of so-called coffin shaped nails that weren't at all shaped like I desired. These money grubbers are greedy rip-off meanspirited people!! He glared at me, shook his head, and ignored me. He apparently rushed the soak off and sent me to Nail Tech #5, who told me I needed to soak some more, but by that time, Nail Tech #4 had poured out the acetone. I asked this fool (No. 5) his name and he replied, "Why do you want to know my name? My name is Number 5, and that's all you need to know!" Another customer came in complaining that she had been back 3 times since last Friday to get 3 shellac nails redone because the polish was smudged and chipping. No. 5 told her that her technician wasn't there today. She said, "Well, I just got off from work and I live in Canton, so one of you WILL redo ALL of my nails today." They ignored her until she screamed on them -- "I KNOW YA'LL HEARD ME!!" One of the female techs said, "I will do." The customer replied, I hate to get ignorant but I can when it's necessary." Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this shop again.
I've only came on Sundays. they're Always Late Opening. & They All Ride Together So If One Is Late, All Are LATE Besides That They Have Good Services !
Now usually I come in here and get my nails and toes eyelashes and eyebrows done and usually when I come in they charge me the whole thing all together . I guess this decided to try to cheat me out my money and do everything separate I paid the lady 68 which I would pay now when I'm getting ready to walk to it the door they talking about I gotta pay again. For what you already charged me the first time. I usually don't complain about nail salon but when you messing up people nails and then have the nerve to charge people twice when it's supposed to be all together. I can go to walled lake and they will do a better job
Was a walk in and decided to give it a try after so many years of not going to them for a while. Customer service is terrible but the prices are $ and you can be in and out. I got acrylic (short) and it was $35.00. Let's see if they last 2 weeks! I did not like that once he was done he said I'm done and looked at me as if he was ready for me to get up so he could take the next person.... RUDE! didn't see if I liked the nails. See pics below.
