I've been to this nail spa twice in the past two months. They did my overlay and fill in. I let the same guy do it, and here's why it wasn't a great experience. I'm telling this man my nail is burning, and he continues to ignore me and work. I then ask him what products is he using on my finger, he ignored me and continued to the next guest. When I asked the manager what products she was using on my nails, she just asked me "is it still burning " as she sprayed my finger with whatever she was using. When I asked her again clear as day, what products did he use so I can avoid it altogether, she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. It's people like you guys in establishments that ruin it for everyone. It wasn't professional ! What so ever which lets me know they're using illegal ass products. Which is why they only have 1 star to begin with. Let people know what you're using on them ! They could be allergic and all it takes is something serious to happen before their business shuts down.
This place is very rude, the customer service is horrible. I came in for a fill in and there was still polish on my hand and acrylic on the side of my nail. The pregnant lady says that it should've came off when I washed my hands but it didn't. She said that that's $5 for a manicure and that's not included with the fill in. Really, what the hell am I paying $18 for if it's okay for you to leave acrylic around my nails and put polish on my nails. Its a reflection of your work leaving out the door. This will be the last time that I visit this place. The only people who are nice and I would ever let do my nails is Messy and Amy.
