Well as a loyal faithful customer since 2009 if not prior without a doubt monthly to Tammi receiving lashes and wax and here and there nail services. I have reached my breaking point and draw the line going forward with rude disrespectful disregarding businesses! I had one of thee worst experiences at 24/7 Telegraph. Dealt with the sloppy parking lot plus construction but decided to unwind in the middle of the week not to deal with the crowd, Decided to get pedicure and full set. To start the message chairs don't work was informed only #2 Smh but sat me at #6 with a man who decided to add only cold water on a day on 40 degrees! Beyond poor communication quality and lazy techs who sit in all the pedicure bowls smoking and blowing vapes! Really unprofessional overall very argumentative!! Absolutely will not spend any of my money with 24/7 NOW TAMMI *The experience has become very poor dealing with your attitude short tempered for a little to long. One day you are giving order and acting as a manager to the next being incredibly rude and I refuse to deal with anyone near my eyes, face so thanks but no thanks on your services! Definitely will be finding a new lash and wax professional technician immediately. Going forward I refuse to spend my hard working money on poor pathetic service! Needless to say you have lost a longtime loyal referring customer of 10 plus year! Be Well and time to give it up not the same since you'll removed the plants

I went there to get shellac on my nails. I forgot the mans name I went to. But AS SOON AS you walk into the shop he sits in the left hand corner of the shop. He definitely infected my finger and I was PISSED. They're clearly using dirty drills, nail clippers etc and are not properly cleaning them. I had to go to the doctor and they prescribed me something to put on it. But it took over a year for my finger to heal. That traumatized me so bad I haven't been to ANY nail shop since. I just purchased my own shellac set online and started doing my own nails. DISGUSTING!

I've been going to 24/7 nails for a little over a year now. Never one bad experience until my most recent experience. I got an XL set done by "jimmy" I think was his name. immediately I knew there was an issue. As soon as he applied the monomer to my nail cuticle along with the acrylic, my nails immediately started intensely burning. i tried to keep quiet but before I knew it my finger was uncontrollably shaking. The pain was unbearable and he had to keep soaking my finger in alcohol. I had to feel this unbearable pain for 9 more XL nails. All the equal amount of pain. Which would temporarily come back and go away again. i paid and left. With painful nails and all. About 12 hours later the pain was gone. Skip forwarding to now, 3 maybe 4 weeks later. Not one crack in my nails, no lifting. I tried soaking my nails to remove the nails off but I had absolutely no luck. Now 06/02/2022 I finally removed one very very painful pinky nail ( my natural nail is very damaged and needs to heal ) The pink nail on my left hand is now lifting, but only worse. Underneath my nail I can see a pool of blood, but my nail will not come off. I am unsure what to do and may go to the hospital at this point. i wont be wearing acrylic nails for a while. I am in so much pain.

Disappointed in Texas: My cousin visited this location today for a full set of acrylic nails. During the application of the acrylic, my cousin noticed that the quality of the acrylic and color was not to her liking and brought it to the nail techs attention. The nail tech agreed that the acrylic was lackluster, stating she purchased it on Amazon. My cousin then asked if the tech could maybe try a different technique. The nail tech became upset and stated that since my cousin spoke up twice about the service that she could leave and had the nerve to say "you weren't going to pay anyway...that's what y'all do."Excuse me...Y'all?" What is that? This tech is also a black woman. How dare you ma'am? Not all black people operate like that. I get that customers may have skipped out on paying, but that's not how my cousin operates. She is a woman of integrity and did not deserve to be treated that way! She left with one hand completed (which looked awful!) and the other hand half completed. I sincerely hope that you guys read this review...really take it to heart and make a change regarding how you treat your customers. Absolutely unacceptable!

Save your time, money and most importantly your health!! I really enjoyed going here at first because the service was fast and my acrylic nails looked really good. I've been coming here since this summer around July 2021. However, one of my nails came off and I noticed I had fungus. My finger began to hurt and "itch". I was so scared to see what my other nails looked like but with further due I did my own soak-off. I found that all my nails on my left hand had fungus! I plan on taking legal action because this will not be tolerated. My health matters! This place does not clean their equipment and quit frankly does not care about their customers, they just want your money! Beware!!!!
