McKenzie is the new nail tech. She did a wonderful job on my Pedi and mani. She recently got her license and is very conscientious about her work. She is a little slow but very good. Be patient.
I booked an appointment with the nail artist there, Kenzie (kiwinailsbykenzie). She offered free sets so she can practice and when the time came for my 2nd appointment, she tried charging me $60. Then the nails she did on me previously, broke my pinky nail in half. When I told her about it and asked for a soak off for the rest of the nails, she said she won't do it unless I buy a new set. Wouldn't recommend.
Feisty is the perfect place to go if you are looking for a place to pamper yourself. I have been going to Czarina for years now, she is the only person I trust with my hair and does a great job every time. The place is very nice and clean. Everyone is sweet, friendly and welcoming! I always recommend this place to all of my friends.
I don't know how to feel about this salon, i got extension in and they looked pretty good, the color match was really close to my natural hair color, but they only stayed in for a week. On the first day of having them two fell out but we went back and they just put them back in but they kept falling out and the sticky tabs weren't working anymore and so i only had them in for a week before they all feel out, 150 for nothing.
Called to make an appointment. Didn't hear from anyone. Girl who picked up the phone doesn't seem to know what's going on. Anyway,there are lots of salons in the area to choose from. No big deal. Somehow,these people should learn good customer service.
