The owners are friendly, the shop is clean and is the best shop on the south side. My nails and pedicures always turn out great; ask for some nail art! Cute designs and I always get compliments. Also, the quality is great; my pedicures last forever and my nails never break.
This work is terrible. They don't care about producing quality decent work or if you return as a client. And the audacity to still ask for a tip after charging me $50 for short acrylic one color polish when on your board is it $30. I didn't even select gel polish.
Don't go here! Awful awful and no customer service skills at all. Li was the tech. She globbed the acrylic on in one shot. They are so thick, like I've had them for months. She didn't do all the steps they usually done, like buffing at the end. This is by far the worst set I've ever had!
They leave my nails clean and very beautiful I love the way look after the service I asked for a specific set of nails done and she took her time and they came out amazing
I've been here a couple times and the only reason I keep going is because it's close to my home. The owner she's very nice. What I don't really like is the wait. I also avoid getting a pedicure with the owners husband because he does it in a rush. I stopped going because I got foot fungus from my last pedicure, now I need to remove my entire nail and take steroids for the foot fungus. They price are high, as if you pay with a credit card is a $1.00 more m, and even if you tell them you don't want gel, they still do it. I won't be back anymore.
