Had a horrible experience with Lisa with my hair color. I was getting hair color after 10+ years as I feel coloring hair damages hair. The 1st time she did the color, my white hair was still showing. We agreed to do 1 tone darker brown, but after the wash, it was black, very close to my original hair color. This is not what I went for. Very unprofessional and rude. DO NOT GO THERE

Lisa does a great job, very nice, listens to what you want and checks in with you often. I've not had to wait longer than a few minutes. I've had my hair cut and colored roots. Rates for services are very reasonable. All went well, and I will definitely come back. I want to try her facial! I'll update after that.
After not getting a haircut for almost a year, I was in desperate need of a good cut that would last a while... So after doing literally hours of research on the internet for a good hair salon that knew how to cut Asian hair and wouldn't cost me an arm/leg, I decided to give this place a try. It had great reviews, was relatively close to where I live, and the big bonus was that I read that there would be a head massage included during shampoo... My weakness! I called to book an appointment and was told I could come in the same day, right before they closed. And oh my goodness... all I can say is I WILL definitely be coming back again! Lisa is so nice and sweet, and didn't make me feel self-conscious or shamed or interrogated like so many other places did when I was growing up... And she also made my hair look SO GOOD, so much better than it was before I should've taken before/after pics. Next time! My hair was pretty long and thick, but the price was still a lot better compared to most other places. Exceeded my expectations, and I left very satisfied with my experience and results.
