I scheduled an appointment with Jenny and she confirmed the date. Day comes and I text her throughout to make sure if this location is still the right one and she didn't respond. I get to the salon at my appointment time and the workers say that Jenny left for the day. No communication whatsoever about anything from Jenny. I wasted time and gas.
I usually don't write reviews but just wanted to recommend Tunhivo (408)421-2116 to everyone that comes Into this salon. She is AMAZING in cutting hair and her customer service is great . From the minute she acknowledges you till the minute you leave , she is great providing outstanding customer service. Easy to have a conversation with her as well as a great experience getting a hair cut . She is an expert when it comes to getting an A cut hairstyle. Very detail in all aspects of the haircut process. Ask for her next time you stop by !
This my second time reviewing this place. Poor experience and unfriendly male and female customer service. It's more about what they want and not what I want. And way more to talk about.
