D Hair Lounge Salon in Casa Grande, AZ

I was comfortable there when I surprised my mother with a hair appointment. Letty made sure my mom got exactly what she wanted in her hair style. My mom said "this is how I wanted my hair before" we were happy with the results!

Had an apt at 9am for CHELSEA, getting the address online I saw they open at 10am, I thought maybe I'm wrong about the apt being at 9am so I'll wait, after all I came from MARICOPA, the lady there said she will arrive shortly, in the mean time I waited and waited and 10am came around, finally found my paper where I wrote the apt info on and sure enough it said 9am, I verified the date and address and I thought maybe she thinks it's 10 because that's the time they claim to open. 10:30 came around and I left. So disappointing. Every other salon is booked. Wasted time on a SATURDAY, gas and MONEY for NOTHING! The other girls there looked like they do an awesome job though.

As I made my appointment today for 4:30pm, I was excited to see the quality of service I would receive - since it was to be my first haircut in AZ coming from LA. I walked into the salon and told the woman nearest to the door that I had a 4:30 appointment, at which point she told me that she was running a little late. That's understandable, it happens. Then I asked her about how long the wait would be, she looked me in the eye, smiled kindly and ignored the question. I looked at the woman she was working on and she looked nowhere near complete. So, I asked again, with the same response. So I asked a more direct question, "does she need to be styled or does she need a cut a well?" The woman smiled nervously and nodded. I, having much more than just a simple haircut on my To Do list this evening, left feeling less than satisfied with the lack of service I received. First impression wasn't the best. Who know's just how much they deserved the 5 star rating from the other review.
