Great Clips in Casa Grande, AZ

It's sign says open at 8:00 8:15 and still no one is opening up the store??? Probably have better luck at a different location!!

The online reservation system is very reliable. I booked on line and got a confirmation text. Showed up and I wasn't in the system. I waited well beyond the 15 min eta I was promised.

I checked in online at 2:40 said it would be a 2 hour wait. The online check in time kept going up and at 6 PM they cancelled our check in because they were closing. My husband went in to talk to them and the stylist was very rude. He tried to explain we had checked in at 2:40 and that the time kept getting extended. She said that they were now closed. Not impressed at all. We weren't the only ones they cancelled. Very rude and unprofessional behavior.

I have been a customer for over a year at this facility. But will never return to this saloon again. Signed in on computer, 91 min wait time posted. Waited approximately 30 min then Arrived @ 12:00 Noon at the saloon. Was told since no one had showed up who had signed in they would move me up on the list. As I was waiting a few more people came in. But I still believed I would be before them as they stated they had moved me up on the list. They then called 3 other people in front of me. Was never informed as to what was going on. At the point I had, had enough and left. At that time it was 1:00 pm And I will never go to this saloon again. I know the establishment does not care. I am only one customer. Who cares if he/she quits. Mr. Owner you just lost a loyal customer. Your staff does not care about its customer base. It is just a Job to them, since they get paid by the hour. After reading the other reviews I am not the only unhappy customer concerning this shop.
