Mario at this salon BUTCHERED my sisters and my hair. We normally live in Washington state but came down to visit our grandparents and set up an appointment with Mario to get a TRIM for each of us. This turned into him deciding what's best for us and gave us both extremely crazy layers that are so uneven and all over the place it looks like a 3 year old got ahold of scissors and went at our heads. I started to know something was wrong when he didn't even ask me where my part was he said he was just cutting it so I could "part it any way I wanted". He started haphazardly cutting it without any rhyme or reason and I started to see huge CHUNKS of hair coming off. 3 or 4 inches. And I asked for a "trim". Now I have to go get my hair fixed which will cause me to cut off another 3 to 4 inches to fix these terrible choppy layers I've been given. I'm so very disappointed.
