This was the worst haircut I've ever gotten. The clippers were dead, she rubbed shaving cream into my neck after hitting it with a straight razor and it looks absolutely terrible. Nothing is even. I'm going out to buy clippers just to fix it. I was at the end of the row so maybe if you're willing to risk it, go to a different person. This cut was $40 with tip and I wouldn't go back if I was paid $40.

I was a walk-in around 2pm on a Monday. I explained what I wanted in my haircut and left thinking it was mission accomplished because it looked ok on location. Got home and wife hated the haircut because it didn't turn out the same as previous cuts from elsewhere. Next day after a shower, the haircut looked even worse. No biggie. I'll just try a different stylist next time. Clean interior. Would love to see better pricing. A simple cut (no wash) took about 15 mins and ran $34 with tip.

Shampoo and steam towel with neck shave Every Month, love this establishment in short pump will not go anywhere else Can use a bit more phone service up front as I have showed to appt without a curtious call after hearing barber was dealing with emergency, which I drive 25 min one way to get my haircut done by BP. Although its not deterrence personally the front personnel seems to have high turn over and IMO training for front desk, customer service, is necessary for a more customer oriented and friendly establishment for your increasing repeat patrons.
