They do ok with hair but regretfully their customer service has drastically gone down hill recently. They don't honor the online check in process and even argue about it openly in front of customers. To bad too because they use to be a lot friendlier and had better service.
I have been going to cuts by us for over 0 years and today the lady Rebecca was very rude. Another person was ringing me up and Rebecca came and took over the whole transaction. REbecca was very rude and loud talked me. I have never seen Rebecca before today, but she is very rude!
A waste of time and money i went there with a picture the barber said she couldn't do it fine in the 30 ish seconds to find my backup they acted very impatient when I did pull it up they said they knew the haircut and could do it they proceeded to do the entire haircut with me facing away from the mirror so I couldn't see the progress and when they where finished and turned me around I was disappointed but not surprised the final product looked nothing like either of my pictures
Work brings me to Prattville periodically. Needed a quick hair cut while in town. Jen, the stylist I was assigned to, was amazingly talented and gave me a great haircut.
They do great hair, but they don't honor appointments. They aren't respectful of other people's time. If I schedule an appointment for 1pm. I expect for the stylist to work on my hair, not to show up on time just to do somebody else before me.
I wish there were more options, if they can't honor appointments, maybe someone else can.
When a person is getting their hair relaxed, you can't be getting distracted. She's distracted by the phone, talking to friends about shoes, that she ain't paying attention to my hair at all. It leads to my hair burning at different times. When a person puts chemicals in your head, stops completely to do a 3 min phone call, puts more in your head, stops to get the other stylist attention about shoes. My hair is obviously burning at different times. Talking is fine, just don't let it be a distraction. Once you start putting chemicals in my head, don't stop until you covered the whole entire head.
