The worse nail salon in central Al. The owner is greedy, unprofessional and a liar. She either did not give me a product that I was charged excessively for or stole in from my purse.
Avoid this place. Jenny is unprofessional, rude, and extremely greedy. She knew that I needed an acrylic replacement because my nails were chipping when I came in and did not suggest that I go with this option until she was halfway done applying my fill. Not only does this prove she is lazy, but she cuts corners where quality is concerned - instead of the 4 layers of gel, she did two. No base, no two colors - just 1 color and top. All of this combined caused my nails to break and chip because she was too lazy to act like a professional and suggest I get a new set at an appropriate time. I went in and asked that she allow me to pay the difference for what a new set and gel would cost, which would be $15 (it is $45 for a new acrylic set and gel and I paid $30 for a fill and gel that in less than 4 days is chipped and disgusting looking). I said that it was only fair since she is a professional yet did not recommend the best option for me at an appropriate time and I should not have to pay for a service she should have performed originally. She refused. Do not go here, she is clearly a scam artist and knew I'd have to come back and pay more and the fact that she did not work for me shows just how unconcerned they are with making customers happy and building long lasting relationships. Very trashy behavior and attitude.
