Cutie Nails in Harker Heights, TX

I always have a great experience. They are always so attentive and make me feel like I deserve the break. I love going there and do not go anywhere else. Thank you for being so attentive and nice. Wine helps too lol :)

Alina does an absolutely amazing job!! Call in advance and book with either her or Liz!!! Liz does amazing nails and does a great pedi! Anything you show Alina from Pinterest she can do it!! My nails from her always turn out beautiful, she also does a really great pedicure too!! Also the family that owns the business are great people and are awesome!

Liz is great! I've tried various places around town and in Copperas Cove and my nails always chipped and did not last until the next fill. Liz does a great job, my nails turn out beautiful every time and they last until the next fill.

This is a two part review. First the pedicure was on target for the most part. Although I believe for the price they should offer more that's just my opinion and doesn't reflect that my toes were done well. The ONLY complaint I have is they use the metal foot scrub, you know the cheese grater? Many states have banned them. They are too hard to clean and sterilize. They cause foot fungus and serious skin infections. When I asked the lady not to use it she was not happy and the rest of the pedicure was quick and with an attitude. But my feet looked good and felt soft. I feel this is a theme in my nail salon reviews. But once again there is a lot to be desired about the way manicured are done here too. There is no soaking, the cuticles are not cut back or shaped. The nail is buffed but half the skin comes with it it's so rough. Little shaping and then the polish goes on. If it's powder then it's even quicker. No lotion m, nail oil and BAM you're done. Some technician are worse than others. They seem to specialize in fake nails and have zero idea of how to handle real ones. I would go back since my complaints are due to me being spoiled by a really good place where I used to live. However the cheese grater and attitude about it will stop me.

I have never given any review but I went for a pedicure to get ready to go back to work and what I thought would be a great way to relax turned into a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Please note that I'm taking issue with the gentleman that did my pedicure not the place as a whole as I can't speak for other techs there. My toes are so messed up as he took chunks of skin out that I'm now unable to wear closed toe shoes until they heal. I could tell they were burning when he was working on them and thought that he had clipped a nail to short and put the stuff on to make it stop bleeding. I didn't realize how bad this was until after I left.
