Crystal Nails in Plymouth, MA

It's nice when you go to the nail salon and you get an amazing mani/pedi... Even better when they don't make you feel rushed Or pressure you to add other services and it's super clean... But the best is when it's all of those things and they have you laughing, they stay open longer just to fit you in... And you get a perfect mani/pedi! I will definitely be back!!!

They are great! Very accommodating, price is reasonable and the quality of the work is excellent!

Just walked in to see how long the wait was. I told the lady I wanted a Manicure and she just says "No." I respond, "No? You don't do manicures?" She says "No." so I say, "Then why does it say Nail Spa outside?" She just kind of smiles and doesn't respond. So heads up, contrary to the name the DO NOT do nails any longer apparently.

I go to this salon whenever I need to fix my nails. I am very satisfied with the customer service from Crystal nail spa. They are very professional and do pretty nails. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

I made an appointment here the day before my wedding for myself and 2 family members. When we arrived, they had just taken a group of 3 regulars they assumed to be the people with appointments (why did I leave a name and phone number when making the appointment if anyone else who walks in the door overrides my scheduled appointment?) they left me sitting in the pedicure chair while they took several other walk ins ahead of me. I turned on the massage chair and it made a loud clunking noise. The lady seemed embarrassed and said "that chair is loud, but it works" I joked that "it's ok, my wedding is tomorrow, I need the massage chair more than the pedicure honestly"..... then they went silent, because no, the chair does not work at all. 45 minutes after my appointment time I was still sitting in the corner with my feet in cold water in a broken chair, and they had already taken 3 walk ins since I arrived. Zero consideration for our appointment or the fact that I made the appointment because I had 100 other things to do that day in preparation for the wedding. Incredibly disappointing. When they finally did get around to helping me, they did just ok. I felt like my experience was very rushed because they were behind. The tips of my gel French manicure were slightly crooked and a couple days after getting it it already appeared to be growing out way more than it should have, as though they started too high up on my nail. To top it off, due to their scheduling error and the extra time I spent there I had a parking ticket when I left. I would recommend this place only if you have nowhere else to be and don't expect them to honor your appointment at all.
