I am so happy to have found Q Spa Plymouth over a year ago! I always go to Lily for my Hybrid Gel manicure. I get many compliments. Lily is meticulous and detailed, and I don't mind waiting if I didn't schedule an appointment beforehand. With me traveling often, I haven't been able to find a quality hybrid gel manicure like the ones I get from Lily. I also get the Dazzle Dry pedicure. All the technicians take the time and are very thorough with my pedicures. I also wish there was a Q Spa in Orlando where I also spend a lot of time there.
Service was fantastic employees and manager were friendly, fast and our nails look great! Only 4 starts because they were running almost an hour behind for our scheduled appointment. I think maybe they had a call out the manager actually did great multitasking and making sure she covered any gaps. Just wish they can let us know sooner, we were booked for 12:30, came in 5 mins early and no one said anything to us for another 30 mins when we were told they are very behind. At that point we waited too long to feel like it was worth leaving so we stayed. Glad we did though! Again nails are beautiful and the atmosphere was excellent.
I went on a Sunday and the salon closes at 6 so I called and asked if they could take me at 5 for a gel manicure. they told me to come right in so I wasnt concerned that they were closing in an hour. right when I walked in I was rushed from picking out the color, to paying before I got my nails done , and the nails were rushed getting done. Because i was so rushed picking a color and paying right when I walked through the door i didnt bring up a design. I asked for a design a little after the women started on my nails. She wouldn't do the design so I settled for French tips. I had to run my card at the end anyway and my French tips looked different on every finger. if you don't want to service people an hour before you close tell them that Or simply don't rush a paying customer
