Love my visits to this salon. I'm so happy with the service I received from Taylah, Sam, and Deanna. I've also witnessed exceptional service from all others during my visits. Absolute professionalism, kindness, and grace to all clients.

Update to my previous review: No need to wait for a text to enter, you can just walk in and masks are optional for both patrons and employees. Partitions have been taken down also. They have reverted to their previous tip policy, cash. They no longer allow you to put the tip on your credit card. In a world where cash is rarely used, I find this inconvenient as I don't usually have cash on hand and when I do, it is less than the amount I would tip so now I need to make a special trip to the ATM and then find 5's and 1's. I understand it costs the salon a bit more to process, but I also feel a top line salon should offer top line service in every aspect, which includes ease of payment and minimizing client inconvenience. I will look into using paypal, but that will also be dependent on the hair stylist having a paypal account as well as their comfort in using it. I am still very happy with the quality of my color, it lasts and does not dry out my hair or quickly fade, even in the Plymouth sun! Leah is efficient, friendly and every time I leave my hair looks wonderful.

Every part of my experience was excellent! Julie booked me with Leah because of my curly hair. She made a wonderful first impression on the phone. They took me as soon as I texted them upon arrival. Leah asked me questions about what I liked and didn't like and took time to evaluate my hair. She did a beautiful job on my haircut and color, including a scalp massage. This newcomer is looking forward to being a regular. I love my hair!

I have been a long time client at Charles David (over 16 years!) Because of my lack of organization and planning ahead, I have seen many stylists over the years: Heather B., Michelle M., Kelly B., Kayla N. and a few others over the years. Each and every one of them are top notch stylists/professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable, creative artists, who are also very kind. I have a LOT of thick, curly hair which is time consuming and tricky to work with. They continually exceed my expectations and I always leave feeling better than when I went in. The salon is beautiful, reception is always helpful and polite. Each time I come back, I feel as though I am visiting good friends/family. I would give Charles David Salon in Hanover, more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed. Book today!

I've never had a bad experience at this salon. It's clean, the staff are pleasant and friendly and my stylist, Douglas, is terrific.
