Crossings Skyway Barbers and Salon in Minneapolis, MN

I thought I could walk-in but was told they do not take them. Nonetheless, was able to get in in an hour and a half. Very accommodating. I think someone asked how much a men's cut is: $30 (a bit on the medium end for me), $10 for a shampoo. Credit fees have gone up for retailers, so they prefer cash. Karina cut my hair and I was surprised that she had adjustable metal clippers for the short side length. I was very satisfied with my cut. Both were really friendly and talkative. I would definitely go back.

I was traveling for work and they were VERY kind to accommodate me for a last minute haircut. This is a small business owned by a very lovely couple who happen to be extremely talented. I love my haircut a week later. I do feel bad for cancelling last minute for my hair color (unfortunately my European clients wanted to have a last minute meeting). The couple went above and beyond to open the salon at 7AM for me, I gave them a 30 minute heads up of cancelling; however they were already at the salon. While I am sorry for being a no show with a notice and ruining their early morning, I would certainly visit them when and if I am in town again. For those of you are local, support them, they are talented people, with a very generous heart. I would go as far as saying it's the best haircut I've ever had.

Came here with my SO for haircuts (couples who haircut together stay together?) I got my hair done with Karina while he got his done with Moises. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, just note that they are only open during "work hours" on weekdays due to their location in the Crossings Commerce. I overhead Moises asking my SO a ton of questions before diving into cut his hair, which is always a good sign. I also have to give him props, since I was the last person to cut my SO's hair, and I had no idea what I was doing...yet his cut still turned out AMAZING! I was super happy with my haircut as well... I usually go for layers and side bangs, and Karina made that happen while honoring the fact that I am still growing out my hair. I have "Asian" hair so it's usually pretty difficult to find somone who can make my hair visions a reality, but Karina was awesome! She also is a great conversationalist, and there were no awkward silences during the cut. I will say that they are super busy--they got tons of phone calls and walk-ins during our cuts, so definitely try to schedule an appointment if you can! I will to continue to happily support this minority owned/family owned business!!!

Was in town for work and needed my fade cleaned up. Moises was able to squeeze me in even though they had a packed schedule, which I really appreciated. The man is an artist, and I couldn't be happier with the cut. If you are in downtown, and looking for a great haircut, this is the place to go. Don't hesitate, you won't go wrong.
