Worst experience. Unprofessional lady who doesn't know what she is doing
I had the worst haircut of my life days before I found this salon. I was miserable for 4 days when we stopped outside the door-- my son said he used to go here when he was a Northwood student and loved his haircuts here. So in I went, showed her a photo of what my hair is supposed to look like. She got the cut corrected and did a wonderful job. Very relaxing and professional. I'll be back.
Right in the Alpine mall, just steps from the Golden Arrow resort. I decided to see if they had anything available for a massage while the kids were swimming in the lake. What luck - they fit me right in. Great 1hr therapeutic massage - a mix of Swedish and deep tissue hitting all my issues. Not rushed and very comfortable. Nice clean relaxing facility. Afterwards was a complimentary 15 min steam shower which was great and she finished off showing me some stretches to prevent some of my problems spots from getting worse. Truly above and beyond!
